Lots of people in the gym want a great set of abs and often try going on a diet for six pack abs. You will have to bulk up until you reach a weight of around 220 pounds before following a diet for six pack abs. That is a muscle gain of 33 pounds. That will look ridiculously impressive to anyone and it is absolutely achievable.
What is the point of following a diet for six pack abs and only gaining 5 or 10 pounds? You may look a bit different than before you started your diet for six pack abs, but few people will notice. If you want serious results then you need to follow serious advice. Great looking muscle on a tiny little frame doesn't do anything for anyone. Looking big and cut will transform you into a super confident person. So if you want to get great abs then you need the right program.
